Very tasty Easter. Recipe found in the Internet, but did, and so would have made three different Easter. Thank you to those whose recipes I have used.
Ingredients for Easter tri-color
- Ryazhenka - 1.5 l
- Sour cream - 450 g
- Milk - 2 stack.
- Butter - 450 g
- Cashews - 20 g
- Curd - 800 g
- Condensed milk - 1 ban.
- Almonds - 20 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Easter tri-color
1st layer of Easter.
Pour the yogurt and milk in a saucepan, put on fire and bring to a boil, but do not boil. In a colander put a thick cloth or gauze in several layers, and pour the contents of saucepan. When the whey has drained (about 30 minutes) and will remain cheese the color of sour milk, put it in zapesochny bowl add sour cream + butter + sugar and whip until creamy.
Add in the cashew mixture and stir.
The 2nd layer.
Beat the cottage cheese + butter + sour cream + sugar until creamy, add the cherries, stir
The 3rd layer.
Beat the cottage cheese + butter + sour cream + the milk to obtain a creamy mass, and adding almonds, stir.
To take a form or, as in my case, a colander, cover with a thick cloth and put it very carefully first 1st layer (poured the seeds in chocolate), then the 2nd layer, and 3rd layer of the Passover.
Top cover with cloth and put under the yoke (like the yoke I used a cast iron pan with a wide bottom) for a day in the fridge.
Put Easter on a dish and decorate.
