Ingredients for Chant (Cholent), Hamina
- Potatoes - 5-6 PCs
- Zucchini - 1-2 PCs
- Onion - 3-4 PCs
- Garlic - 3-5 tooth.
- Tomato - 200 g
- Beans - 200 g
- Wheat - 200 g
- Lentils - 200 g
- Chicken egg - 3-4 PCs
- Offal - 2-3 PCs
- Paprika sweet
- Zira - 1-2 tsp
- Chicken - 200-300 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Chant (Cholent), Hamina
Lentils, wheat or barley be well washed. Spread on top of beans.
Peel the onion and cut into cubes, put on top.
