Usually this dish is made with minced meat, but I decided to change the filling.
Ingredients for Fake pig
- Potatoes - 1.5 kg
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Ham - 300 g
- Chicken fillet - 1 piece
- Pineapple - 2 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cheese - 200 g
- Bread crumbs - 50 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Fake pig
Potatoes boiled in their skins.
Boil chicken and cut into pieces.
3 boiled eggs finely chop.
Cut the ham into small cubes.
To cut pineapples...
Fillet, ham, eggs, onion and pineapple mix and pepper.
Boiled potatoes, peel and RUB through a sieve or grind in a meat grinder. Add the egg.
Mix well, season with salt and pepper.
Grate cheese on fine grater.
A baking sheet covered with parchment paper and place a layer of potatoes,1-1. 5 cm
The top layer of our toppings...
