- Black currants - 1.5 kg
- Sugar - 400 g
- Carnation - 6 PCs
- Water - 450 ml
- Vinegar - 100 g
- Black pepper - 6 PCs
- Cinnamon - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking Marinated black currant
Must first prepare our marinade. It is quite not usual that there is no salt. To the water add the sugar, peas, cinnamon, cloves and boil for one minute.
Next, the cooled marinade, strain through cheesecloth and add vinegar.
Fill jars "coat hanger" currants. Pour the marinade.
Banks billet cover with lids. Banks put in a metal bowl or a large pot filled to the middle of the cold water. Bring the water to a boil. Boil the water in the basin should be 3 minutes, regardless of the size of the cans. Next, pull out our jars, cooled and leave until better times (at least three days, you need currants to stand in a cool place).
