Ingredients for Bulgarian cold soup "Tarator"
- Cucumber - 0,5 PCs
- Yogurt - 1 Cup.
- Water - 1 Cup.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Dill - 0,5 Puig.
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Pine nuts - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Bulgarian cold soup "Tarator"
1. Grate cucumber.
