In the preparation of the Passover, I used the recipe that came with the kit for making Easter. It slightly improved and turned out just fine!
Ingredients for Easter
- Curd - 400 g
- Butter - 160 g
- Sugar - 160 g
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Vanilla sugar - 8-10 g
- Raisins - 100 g
- Chocolate milk - 50 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Easter
Eggs to boil.
To separate the yolks.
Butter hold in heat, so it is a little softened.
Sugar mix with butter until disappearance of the crystals of sugar, adding the yolks one at a time.
Add the vanilla sugar.
Add the cheese and give everything a good whisk. I kicked blender with a nozzle for mashing.
When mass will get a smooth, fluffy consistency, add the raisins and nautanwa small cubes floor tiles of chocolate (50g).
Stir with a spoon with raisins and chocolate.
Collect a form.
Covered it with gauze, fill the prepared mass and put on a saucer to the press in the fridge for 3 hours (3 hours - it was written in the recipe, I have the same Easter was a night and another half day). Still, 3 hours is not enough.
Periodically remove the released liquid from the saucer.
Remove the form from the refrigerator, flip, put on a fancy plate, gently release from mold, remove cheesecloth and garnish with candied fruit.
