- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Flour - 1 Cup.
- Margarine - 50 g
- Yogurt - 50 ml
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Mustard - 1 tsp.
- Tomato paste - 2 PCs
- Turmeric - 1 tsp.
- Garlic - 1 tooth.
- Carrots - 2 PCs
- Parsley - 1/3 Stak.
- Nutmeg - 0.5 tsp.
- Black pepper

Carrots and garlic grate
Heat oil in a pan, add the garlic and carrots.
Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, until the carrots are soft. Then add the tomato, turmeric, mustard, salt and pepper and stir, simmer for another minute. Put in a bowl, let cool slightly.
In a mixer, beat the egg, yogurt, oil and 1 teaspoon salt until blended. Add flour, stir.
Add to the dough stewed carrot, parsley and nutmeg, and stir. The mixture goes lumpy, so be it.
