To be honest, I was skeptical about cooking in the microwave, using it, like many, only to warm food. And the sponge in the Cup for 3 minutes, which not long ago went around to all the cooking blogs, I failed. Thought this dessert will be gone, watched during baking fascinated in the microwave, like a cat on the washing machine. But it was easy, fast and convenient!
Ingredients for Chocolate-cherry cakes
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs

- Dark chocolate - 100 g
- Cocoa powder - 5 tbsp
- Hazelnuts - 20 g
- Liqueur - 1 tbsp
- Butter - 10 g
- Cherry - 4 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Chocolate-cherry cakes
Proteins separated from the yolks and beat with salt in a solid foam.
Beat the yolks, gradually adding sugar. In a blender grind the hazelnuts. 40 g of chocolate to grate on a coarse grater.
4 tins greased with butter, put the mass (not more than 3/4 of the volume of the shaping mold), in the middle put one cherry.
Bake at a power of 600 W ("Above average") — 2 minutes and then at "Medium power" — 2,5-3 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick — it should be dry and dense cakes. Cool, remove from molds.
Melt in microwave the remaining chocolate with the power of "Below average/Defrost". Pour over the brownies and put into the refrigerator until firm. Before serving, garnish with whipped cream.
