- Shrimp - 1 kg
- Butter - 100 g
- Flour - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 1 l
- Cream - 400 ml
- Broth - 1600 ml
- Cheese - 300 g
- Cognac - 100 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Cheese shrimp soup
Shrimp boil in boiling water and clean. Butter dissolve in hot pot
Pour the flour. Cook, stirring, 2 min.
Remove from heat, gradually stir in the milk, mix thoroughly. Drain, to enter the broth. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat.
To grate cheese and stir, add to the soup. Add the cream, salt, pepper, shrimp and cook at a low boil for 3-4 minutes.
Optionally, you can add garlic /in my version of dry garlic/
