For soup you can take a large cucumber, natural yogurt or kefir.
Cucumber peel, grate, add the chopped garlic,
Season with salt and pepper, add the herbs, the butter, pour the yogurt, add water, leave in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
When serving, sprinkle with crushed walnuts. You can add a boiled egg.
