Cream originally recipe was with extra 30%-th cream and gelatin instead of the cottage cheese and yogurt, but I do not love this cream and so I love cheese :) I Submit to the court his version :)

Separately mix the buckwheat flour + wheat flour + baking powder. Add flour mixture to egg. Beat.
Put the dough in the form of 26 cm, lined with paper (one of the norms of products make it very difficult :). Bake the cake (I baked 25 minutes at 200 degrees, look on their plate). To get, to cool, cut in half (cut easily, despite the fact that it is very not magnificent).

Prepare cream: mix cottage cheese, pureed blueberries, yogurt, honey, lemon juice. To taste you can add sugar, vanilla and (or) to increase/decrease the number of components. I had low-fat cottage cheese, so the mass was heterogeneous, a kind of "cheese crumbs in blueberry juice" :)
