This version of porridge of corn grits on the website I found. Try it, very tasty.
Ingredients for Polenta with mushroom gravy
- Corn flour - 200 g
- Water - 1 l
- Mushrooms - 250 g
- Sunflower oil
- Sour cream - 7 tbsp
- Tomato - 4 PCs
Step by step instruction of cooking Polenta with mushroom gravy
Mushrooms wash, cut into pieces and boiled in salted water 15 min Cooked the mushrooms separate from the broth. The broth is filtered.
In the boiling broth gradually add grits, stirring with a spoon. Cook until porridge thickens(6-7 minutes). At the end add sour cream, stir until smooth and remove porridge from heat. Cover with a lid and infuse.
Mushrooms fry in vegetable oil, add sliced tomatoes, sour cream, simmer 5 min. finally add the taste of garlic, pepper, salt.
In the centre of the bowl place the tomatoes around them porridge. Pour all mushrooms with sour cream and sprinkle with dill.
