Step by step instruction of cooking Profiteroles with blue cheese
Mix the water, wine and oil. Bring to a boil and, stirring, add flour. Boil 1 min. Remove from heat, cool.
Drive eggs one by one, vimosewa with a mixer until smooth. Add crumbled cheese and stir. Form profiterole and place on a parchment covered baking sheet. Brush them with egg.
Put in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake 30 minutes, until the profiteroles will not become an even, Golden-beige shade.
