- Eggplant - 5 kg
- Garlic - 5 PCs
- Red sweet pepper - 1 kg
- Peppers red hot chilli - 2-3 PCs
- Water - 5 l
- Salt - 200 g
- Vinegar - 500 ml
- Vegetable oil - 0.5 l
Step by step instruction of cooking Sharp blue
Eggplant cut into slices and cook in boiling marinade 15 minutes, remove with a slotted spoon from the marinade( the marinade won't need).
All the vegetables wash, peel and pass through a blender(grinder), pour in a large pot, add the vegetable oil and bring to a boil.
Eggplant put in a saucepan and simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes, hot to lay out on sterile banks, roll boiled caps, flip, and wrap.
