Soak the gelatin in water (1 Cup) or milk. When swell, boil.
Blend sour cream with sugar and vanilla. Add the gelatin, stir and pour into mold (I poured in the glasses)
To prepare the frosting. Mix all ingredients (except oil) to boil and add the butter. Ready to pour the icing to the jelly (the jelly must be frozen)
