Baked pork in the sleeve, of course, is not news, but I want to offer to your court its recent, very successful experiment. The meat turns out juicy, fragrant. Delicious both hot and cold.
Ingredients for Roast pork with currant-mustard marinade
- Pork - 1-1,2 kg
- Red currants - 0,5 stack.
- Mustard - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 0,5-1 tsp
- Black pepper - 0,25 tsp.
- Garlic - 6-7 tooth.
- Seasoning - 0,3 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Roast pork with currant-mustard marinade

From the berries of currant juice, add pepper, salt, mustard, seasoning. Mix well.

Meat lard with garlic.
Spread a piece of meat with marinade and put into the refrigerator for 3 hours.

Bake 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
