Something of a cross between pancakes and fritters, but with chunks of fruit. Today it was canned pineapple.
Ingredients for Slagoski
- Flour - 1 Cup.
- Vegetable oil - 150 ml
- Milk - 1 l
- Water - 1 l
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Soda slaked vinegar - 0.5 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Slagoski
Mix all the products (without fruit), and mix well.
Fruits (pineapple) cut into slices and add to the dough. Mix.
Fry in a hot pan with a little oil until Golden brown on both sides.
