If you have lying around in the fridge a few bundles of fresh tarragon and lavraki fillet, you can cook this unusual, aromatic and delicious soup. If these products you do not, then you can buy them, savalace in the refrigerator and, despite everything, to prepare this dish.

- Fish - 300 g
- Onion - 100 g
- Potatoes - 250 g
- Cream - 250 ml
- Tarragon - 40 g
- A bouillon cube - 1 piece
- Water - 500 ml
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp
- Black pepper

Here are the main ingredients.
Onion cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
Potato peel and cut into cubes.
In a saucepan, pour half a liter of water, add bouillon cube, put there the potatoes and fried onions.
Pour in the cream, bring to a boil, diminish the heat and leave to languish under cover for about 25 minutes.
After this time add in the chopped tarragon soup (after removing the very tough twigs and limp leaves).
Leave the soup to cool slightly (about 10 minutes), then grind all the contents of the pan into the blender. Pour back.
Lavraki fillet cut into small pieces.
Put the fish in the soup, bring again to a boil and cook for another two or three minutes (until the fish is cooked).
Ready soup poured on plates and served to the table.
