Very tasty and quick to prepare cake. The recipe was found by me Italian magazine a few years ago. The cake was adapted by me to more available to us cheeses, but the taste is not lost. Help yourself!

Puff pastry roll out.
Put into a form and carefully trim the edges. The bottom of the dough prick with a fork. To grease with mustard.
On top of the mustard spread cheese mixed with chopped greens. I have this time was the Creme Bonjour with herbs and I without fresh.
If the tomato skin is thin, then cut their circles. If the skin is thick, then pre-fill with boiling water for a few minutes then drop into cold water, remove the skins and cut into circles.
Put the mugs of tomatoes on top of greens and cheese. Formed small voids between the tomatoes, I fill the olives (black olives).
Next, sprinkle the tomatoes with salt and pepper (I like a mixture of peppers).
The final touch - sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (or whatever else according to your taste).
Put the pie in a preheated 180*C oven and bake until tender. I have 30 minutes.
