A very interesting and tasty baguette. The more I bake according to the recipes of French pastries, the more I feel that the French know a lot about everything.
Ingredients for French baguette with nuts
- Yeast - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 3 tbsp.
- Flour - 400 g
- Walnuts - 80 g
- Water - 200 ml
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 0.5 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking French baguette with nuts

Water to heat, add salt, sugar, 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp olive oil and yeast. Mix until a homogeneous mass, put in a warm place for 30 minutes.

In the resulting mass, add the walnut kernels.
Gradually add flour, zamesit dough.

Put it on a floured table and knead until then, until it
will lag behind the hands.
From the dough to form baguettes, place on a baking tray, brush with remaining oil and leave for 15 min.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180*C.
