Ingredients for Yabloko
- Chicken egg - 3 PCs
- Butter - 150 g
- Sugar - 120 g
- Flour - 200 g
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
- Cream - 150 ml
- Apple
- Jelly
Step by step instruction of cooking Yabloko

Melt butter and let cool slightly.
Whisk the eggs with the sugar. Add baking powder and flour. Knead well.
Divided into three parts, bake 3 cake at 175 deg.
Form approx 22 cm

Filling
Clean the apples from the skin, grate on a coarse grater (grated apples should be 500 g), add 150 ml of cream and sugar (adjust the amount of sugar depending on the acid of apples, I added 2 tablespoons of sugar), boil until tender and puree on low heat.

Package of orange jelly (90 g) is mixed with 75 ml of boiling water, add half the applesauce and knead well.

To do the same with cherry jelly.

On the first cake - stuffed with orange jelly.
On the second cake - the rest of the filling with cherry jelly.

On top of the remains of the toppings with cherry jelly.
