I confess, I love to see the recipes in cafes and restaurants there are, and then to reproduce them at home! This salad is just from the category "peeped" in a Moscow cafe! Very hearty, tasty, tender and filling!

- Eggplant - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Beans - 1 ban.
- Pork - 200 g
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Cream - 100 ml

Eggplant cut into cubes, sprinkle with salt and leave until the juice
Onions cut finely,
pre-cooked mushrooms, also cut and fry together with the onions, until the onions acquire a Golden color
The meat is cut into small pieces and fry until Golden brown.
Instead of pork you can take chicken or beef.
With beans drain the liquid and rinse if necessary
With eggplant drain off the juice and simmer them with a small amount of water until soft
