I confess, I love to see the recipes in cafes and restaurants there are, and then to reproduce them at home! This salad is just from the category "peeped" in a Moscow cafe! Very hearty, tasty, tender and filling!
Ingredients for Eggplant-mushroom salad with meat in a creamy sauce
- Eggplant - 1 piece
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Beans - 1 ban.
- Pork - 200 g
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Cream - 100 ml
- Seasoning
Step by step instruction of cooking Eggplant-mushroom salad with meat in a creamy sauce

Eggplant cut into cubes, sprinkle with salt and leave until the juice

pre-cooked mushrooms, also cut and fry together with the onions, until the onions acquire a Golden color
