Boil potatoes in their skins. Allow to cool and peel.
Cut the potatoes into large cubes.
Green onions and dill wash, chop.
Mix chopped potatoes, and greens - they should be in equal proportions.
To fill salad with vegetable oil, add dry spices, salt to taste.
Remember that potatoes absorb a lot of oil, so you need to add a little more.
