Ingredients for Flummery chocolate
- Milk - 1 l
- Semolina - 150 g
- Honey - 4 tbsp
- Vanilla - 1 g
- Starch - 1 tbsp
- Butter - 40 g
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Flummery chocolate

In milk add vanilla, stir and bring to a boil. A thin stream pour semolina and stir, cook for 5 min.

Add the honey and cook over very low heat for 10 minutes.

Diluted in 2 tablespoons water, starch, pour the mixture into the semolina and once again bring to the boil.

Muffin tins to grease with a thin layer of oil (silicon, just wet with cold water) and put a lot.

Allow to cool to room temperature and put into the refrigerator for 1, 5 -2 hours.

Before serving, make the glaze: grind the butter with the sugar and heat until the sugar is dissolved, add cocoa and bring to a boil, add sour cream and cook for 3 minutes.
