Cabbage finely chopped, slightly boiled to become softer.
Julienne cut the peppers, preferably yellow, is very beautiful harmonious colours.
Onions cut into half rings and into 2-3 pieces, scalded with boiling water.
Add the corn, parsley and coriander, season with olive oil and sprinkle with the pine nuts (you can add seeds instead of nuts).
Instead of salt I used sweet soy sauce.
