Ingredients for "The last sparks of summer"
- Beef - 200 g
- Cabbage - 100 g
- Apple - 1 piece
- Orange - 1 piece
- Lemon - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Potatoes - 2 PCs
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Onion - 1 piece
- Yogurt - 125 g
- Black pepper
- Tomato - 1 piece
- Cucumber - 1 piece
Step by step instruction of cooking "The last sparks of summer"
Collect the ingredients. We will cook three servings, so pot, respectively, three. The beef we took the lean in order to reduce kalloriynostyu dishes, so use yogurt instead of mayonnaise or sour cream.
Cut onion into cubes.
Carrot also diced.
The cabbage we chopped quite coarsely, to retain the juiciness after cooking.
The potatoes are cleaned specially, because all the vitamins and other nutrients are under the skin. Instead of cleaning with a knife rubbed with a metal sponge.
Garlic finely chop.
Came the beef... cut into small pieces, to better cooked.

Apple cut into cubes.
Cut the lemon into slices, you need only 3, one per serving.
Also orange slices, one per serving.
Begin to put it all in pots. First, beef.
A second layer of cabbage.
Then the Apple.
Then cover all the orange slices...
Next comes a layer of carrots.
Then put potatoes, onions and garlic.
Decorate with greens that you add to each pot with 2 tablespoons of water, COVER with LIDS (pictured without lids for beauty) and put in a preheated 180-200 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
The dish is ready! As a sauce I take salted and peppered classic yogurt with added greenery.
Spread on a plate, decorate with slices of fresh tomato and cucumber. Bon appetit!
