School love, first teacher, the prom... That's what I write in the introduction to the contest "Evening school friends". And no one - twos, truancy, bad behavior... I'll Have to fill the gap and to talk about their school "exploits". Well, not the full story about school life, without this side of the coin.
Ingredients for Casserole "TIC TAC toe"
- Beef - 500 g
- Pasta - 100 g
- Lasagna - 4 PCs
- Mushrooms - 150 g
- Cheese - 250-300 g
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Casserole "TIC TAC toe"
The original products.
Meat turn the grinder on. Did not photograph this step. Tomatoes cut into crosswise, scalded with boiling water, remove the skins
Cut the tomatoes into arbitrarily or on segments.
Boil until half-cooked sheets of lasagna and pasta. Very long.
Chop the mushrooms
In a pan, quickly fry in vegetable oil minced
Add to it the mushrooms. Saute 5 minutes
It is now the turn of tomatoes
Pepper, add dry seasonings, a little salt and simmer for another 5 minutes
Meanwhile, the already slightly cooled lasagna sheets spread on a greased baking sheet
Cut or grate the cheese
Sheets lasagna, spread the filling, push it lightly boiled pasta
Sprinkle top of cheese. Put in a preheated 200 deg. the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes. 5-10 minutes before end of baking you can sprinkle with nuts
