Crispy chicken wings

This appetizer is more difficult and costly in terms of time, but it's worth it. Especially suitable for those who loves nature and to cook using the convection oven.
Ingredients for Crispy chicken wings
- Chicken wings - 16-20 EA.
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1 tablespoon
- Powder mustard - 1 tablespoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon
- Curry - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Crispy chicken wings
From wings, to cut off the last phalanx.
Mix the butter with garlic and mustard powder, curry and paprika salt and pepper to taste. Add a little water to make a paste.
To cover the wings, cover with film and leave for 1 hour at room temperature.
Heat aeromechanic to 180C. To spread the wings. Using a timer to select cooking time to 20-22 mins and fry the wings until the formation of a crispy Golden crust.
Serve with sauce/ketchup as a side dish is perfect baked potatoes.
