Several times I ordered this salad in our restaurants Oriental cuisine, and today decided to cook by yourself. As far as I know, "Ziff" means "spring" in Uzbek language. So, despite the height of the fall, I suggest to try the spring for a taste - it's simple and satisfying, come on in and help yourself! ; )
Ingredients for Salad "Ziff"
- Beef - 300 g
- Radish - 0,5 PCs
- Tomato - 2 PCs
- Cucumber - 2 PCs
- Red onion - 0,5 PCs
- Chicken egg - 2 PCs
- Sunflower oil - 3 tbsp.
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Salad "Ziff"
We will need boiled meat, trimmed of veins and films. Cut it into strips.
Half green radish, cleaned from peel, also cut into strips.
Cucumbers cut into sticks or thin wedges.
Onion (I used red for beauty, but plain white) cut into thin half-rings.
Tomatoes cut.... then I could say the same cubes, but the cubes of tomatoes I did not want to happen, so I cut the cubes:-[
To the salad add chopped dill. Even the salad needs to be cilantro, but I am a member of the party of haters, at least fresh. If you like cilantro, then add it. Add salt to taste and dressed the salad with a mixture of oil and vinegar, stir.
When serving put in a bowl of boiled egg slices.
