As you know, Apple goes well with cranberries. Let us join them in this, very beautiful, very flavorful, very rich, very cozy and warm. This drink, though, and is called "cider" is non-alcoholic. The fact that in English the word also means "fruit juice" or "Apple juice".

To prepare cranberry juice, rinse and sort the cranberries, if using fresh. I was frozen.
Put cranberries and a cinnamon stick in a saucepan. Add 3 cups water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook without a lid, stirring from time to time, 20-25 minutes, until all berries burst.
