This salad we make at work for holidays. Everyone really likes. Easy to prepare and very tasty.

Shred the cabbage.
Vinegar, vegetable oil and sugar to heat on the fire until the sugar is dissolved. Remove from the heat.
Sesame seeds lightly toasted.
Mix the cabbage, sesame seeds, soy sauce and the hot mixture. Add the walnuts. Let stand 2 hours.
