This time I decided to make with garlic, fresh hot pepper and dry Basil.

Garlic and pepper wash, dry well.

Stir, cover and leave for 1 week in a cool dark place.
Not in the fridge.

To store more than 10 days not worth it. It is better to do in small quantities.
