I adored the puff pastry and a light yoghurt and berries cream... tastes best to eat these cakes fresh, then the puff pastry is especially tender...
Ingredients for Cake "Berry tale"
- Puff pastry - 400 g
- Berry - 400 g
- Gelatin - 12 g
- Yogurt - 250 g
- Sugar - 100 g
- Lemon juice - 6 tbsp.
- Cream - 300 g
- Powdered sugar - 200 g
Step by step instruction of cooking Cake "Berry tale"

Puff pastry divide the dough into 2 portions, roll out and bake in the oven at 200 degrees until Golden brown about 20 minutes.
