- Raspberry - 300 g
- Oat flakes - 2-3 tbsp
- Brown sugar - 2 tsp.
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Whiskey - 2 tbsp
- Cream - 200 ml
Step by step instruction of cooking Scottish dessert "Cranachan with raspberries"

If raspberries are frozen, defrost it in advance.

Put oat flakes on a dry pan, fry on low heat, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes, until the color changes.
Then add brown sugar, mix well.
When the sugar melts, remove the pan from the fire, stir the cereal again and allow to cool.

Whip cream, add honey, whiskey and 2/3 oatmeal flakes, mix gently.
Carefully enter the raspberries, leaving a few berries for decoration.
