After a trip to India I realized that you can live without meat and without fish, without discomfort. There is such delicious food due to the variety of spices that every day you can eat a variety of foods. But, nevertheless, every day, as mostly all Indians, for lunch we ate soup dal (or dhal as they call it). This soup is brewed from legumes, razvarivaya them to a pulp. It always takes a lot of time, because they need to soak or cook for a long time. But with the advent in my life of the company "Mistral" the problem for me was solved forever. I cook the soup of lentils from this company or like today, from split green peas. During Lent, when there is a shortage of protein, peas can completely fill this gap. And how delicious it is, can evaluate themselves, and prepare the same soup for this recipe. It is a bit simplified, but it gets worse, see for yourself.
