One of my most favorite dishes of my childhood, and secondly- it's quick, tasty and budget. My men (husband and son) love mincemeat.

To fillet a herring


Step 2

Soak fresh white bread in milk


Step 3

Apples, peel and seeds, butter to thaw


Step 4

Shake thoroughly ground in a blender


Step 5

And put in the refrigerator to cool. Because butter mincemeat slightly harden and it will be possible to create here such neat wedges and put on the bread.
