Meat sauce with celery and cream cheese

Made this sauce for pasta for dinner, discovering that food not enough at all. Definitely not a culinary masterpiece, but it was delicious and smelled so good that most of ate son, who doesn't eat celery, fried onions and melted cheese. So that's an unusual synergistic effect turned out :)
Ingredients for Meat sauce with celery and cream cheese
- Minced meat - 70 g
- Onion - 1/2 PCs
- The Apium graveolens Dulce - 1 piece
- The processed cheese - 1 piece
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Meat sauce with celery and cream cheese
Onion cut into half rings or otherwise at Your discretion, but preferably not finely.
Add in the fried mince.
Celery stalks cut crosswise.
Put in sauce pan to the mince and onions. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add some water and stew for 5-7 minutes.
Processed cheese, whole or by dividing into small pieces, put in manoulamou mixture.
Stir until complete dissolution of cheese.
Bring the sauce to a boil, boil for another 2-3 minutes.
