A wonderful loaf with a crispy crust, juicy and flavorful filling!!! The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user limonchik called "Roll for tea" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".
Ingredients for Roll for tea With a twist
- Puff pastry - 1 Pach.
- Raisins - 150 g
- Apple - 2 PCs
- Banana - 1 piece
- Cinnamon - 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Roll for tea With a twist
The dough to get it to unfreeze.
Rinse the raisins and soak in warm water for a few minutes to swell, then drain the water.
Apples peel, remove core, cut into small slices and sprinkle with lemon juice (I had sweet apples and the sour at the end, slightly softened sweetness of banana and baked apples). Sprinkle with sugar and stir.
Finely chop the banana.
The layer of thawed puff pastry spread on a floured table and roll out the fondant thinly.
Spread the stuffing in the following way: first a layer of raisins and another layer of apples (sprinkle with cinnamon to taste); the third layer is evenly spread sliced banana.
Collapsible rolls, not tight, so when baking it does not burst and the stuffing from running out. Grease a seam with water and dockable. Put the roll on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Grease our loaf milk with a cooking brush. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour (it took me 1hour 15 min)
In baking, to coat the surface of the roll is cream or milk 2 - 3 times.
Finished roll sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut carefully, the best when the loaf has cooled!
