Originally wanted to make Apple pie (actually, according to this principle, and it is done), but found on the far shelf walnuts and some ingredients and decided to make a "hodgepodge"! It was very tasty!
Ingredients for Apple-pecan pie
- Flour - 1 Cup.
- Chicken egg - 4 PCs
- Sugar - 1 Cup.
- Cocoa powder - 5 tbsp
- Apple - 2-3 PCs
- Walnuts - 1 Gorst.
- Leavening agent - 1 tsp.
Step by step instruction of cooking Apple-pecan pie
Beat eggs with a mixer (about 5 minutes) to obtain a white air mass.
Gradually add to the resulting mass of sugar and continue to beat until it is completely dissolved.
Gradually add the flour previously mixed with baking powder and cocoa, mix the dough with a spoon, thoroughly to obtain a homogeneous mass.
Apples peel and cut into cubes.
I had whole walnuts, so I had to clean and grind.
Mix the apples with the dough, form for baking grease with butter and sprinkle flour (or semolina).
The dough pour in the form, top, sprinkle with walnuts and cinnamon, put in the pre heated oven and bake without opening the oven, for 40 minutes. I bake a little longer (to be safe) on medium heat (electric oven), and at the end turn up little more to get a crust.
The result is a very delicious sweet crisp with nuts and cinnamon, and the apples fall down, creating a sort of layers. In the evening with some tea a very desinence! )))
