The idea is taken from Glamour magazine, the recipe modified by me. The perfect hearty Breakfast for a hungry husband.

Margarine to soften, add all dough ingredients and knead dough.
Chop the mushrooms.
Fry the mushrooms in butter, season with salt and pepper (for mushrooms, I use white pepper). When the mushrooms are ready add the sour cream or cream.
Beat the eggs with milk, salt and pepper (black pepper).
Divide the dough into 4 parts, each roll out on the pan into a pancake thickness of about 5 millimeters.
Put the dough in the form and prick with a fork.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Cut ham strips with a width of about 5 millimeters.
Spread on the dough, the mushrooms, put on top of ham.
Pour the egg mixture and place in oven.
Bake 20-30 minutes until Golden brown.
To get the pizza out of the oven and eat while hot.
PS: the options and the amount of toppings depends on the appetites of the family :D
