The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Rodnaya called "Chicken in Arabic," and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". The dish is simple to prepare and very tasty. Chicken cooked this way will be a festive dish at your table.
Ingredients for Chicken in Arabic
- Chicken - 700 g
- Chicken egg - 1 piece
- Cheese - 1 Cup.
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Sunflower oil - 2 tbsp
- Garlic - 2 the tooth.
- Walnuts - 40 g
- Lemon - 0,5 PCs
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken in Arabic
In the container, beat the egg and mix with melted butter.
Add the ground black pepper.
In another container mix the ground walnuts (I chop with a knife) and cheese.
Prescription this also added salt, but I salted the chicken because the crust that forms during baking, it turns out salty.
Pieces of chicken dipped first in the egg-oil mixture, then roll in nuts and cheese.
Prepared chicken pieces put in a pan and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 50 minutes until Golden brown.
Crush the garlic, mix with lemon juice and sunflower oil.
Mixture shake well, pour over it the prepared chicken and let stand for 5 minutes.
A chicken is better to eat immediately, since the heating of the crust is not so crispy.
