The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2008 by user Nika76 and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring". Turned out delicious, the recipe have not changed, only the number of ingredients picked myself, since the recipe did not specify them. Chicken chops turned out tender and juicy, the peppers gave a chic look, and the mushroom sauce added sophistication. Thanks to the author!
Ingredients for Chicken-chop
- Chicken fillet - 2 PCs
- Pepper - 1 piece
- Cheese - 100 g
- Mushrooms - 4 PCs
- Dry white wine - 1-2 tbsp
- Parsley - 1 Puig.
- Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Chicken-chop
Chicken I cut in half, get 4 piece. They need to beat (very easy to do this using cling film), season with salt and pepper.
Then fry on both sides until Golden brown (I had fillet some reason, very much hissed and shot).
Baking tray lay a baking paper, on him lay roasted fillet, top with slices of pepper in the form of a flower, and on it thin slices of cheese and place in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
While fillets bake, prepare the sauce.
To do this: mushrooms peel and finely chop, fry in a pan, add the wine, tomato paste, chopped parsley, salt, pepper (if needed) and a bit put out.
After 10-15 minutes, when cheese is melted, you can get and enjoy. Garnish the author advises mashed potatoes, but I had spaghetti. Serve with sauce.
