The recipe I saw in the journal "Collection of recipes" "school of Gastronome", liked it. And then there's the pumpkin gave. However, I slightly changed the recipe, but still turned out very tasty croissants!!!

- Cheese - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Flaky croissants with pumpkin
Pumpkin cut into cubes and put into a steamer for 15 minutes.
Cookies, jam, vanillin added to the pumpkin and puree them in a blender.
Add grated cheese and cinnamon, mix well.
Roll out the dough and cut into triangles.
Spread 1 tablespoon of the filling and turn .
Spread on a baking sheet and put into the oven for 20 minutes at T 200 degrees.
