Simple but very delicious sauce, perfect for fish and meat and poultry. Recipe borrowed from Nicky Belotserkovsky.
Ingredients for Thai sauce of peppers
- Red sweet pepper - Two
- Garlic - 2-3 tooth.
- Honey - 3 tbsp.
- Coriander - 0.5 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Thai sauce of peppers
Peppers and pierce with a toothpick in several places, brush with olive oil and send in a preheated 180°C oven for about 30 minutes.
Ready peppers cleaned of seeds and peel (to peel easily removed, leave the peppers under cover for a few minutes).
Cleaned peppers and grind in a blender along with the garlic.
Add the coriander, soy sauce and honey. Mix well.
The sauce is ready. Bon appetit!
