Milk soups is soups, which along with water as the liquid base used milk (Wikipedia). I cooked this soup for the first time and, definitely, he settled in my kitchen firmly and permanently! The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2010 by the user Лада292 called "Milk soup with mushrooms" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".
Ingredients for Milk soup with mushrooms
- Mushrooms - 300 g
- Potatoes - 4 PCs
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Cheese - 1 Pach.
- Milk - 1 l
- Vegetable oil
Step by step instruction of cooking Milk soup with mushrooms
Mushrooms cut into quarters and cover them with cold water. The water level is two fingers above the mushrooms. And bring to the boil.
Salt the mushrooms literally a pinch, because cheese can give enough salinity. When the mushrooms to boil - pour into a saucepan the milk. Cut back potatoes (I cut into eighths). And leave to stew.
While the soup is cooking - make sagerock. In vegetable oil fry the finely chopped onions and carrots.
Add zazharku in the soup and cook until cooked potatoes. And at the very end add in the soup melted cheese, stirring until it dissolves. I made a little after the soup is ready to become a little bit thicker.
