Ingredients for Onion bread with cheese and Provencal herbs
- Flour - 3,5-4 stack.
- Yeast - 2 tsp.
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Milk - 300 ml
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbsp
- Onion - 1 piece
- Cheese - 50-70 g
- Yolk egg - 1 piece
- Seasoning - 0,5-1 tsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Onion bread with cheese and Provencal herbs

Mix in large bowl the flour, sugar and yeast. Pour the milk, stir, cover with film or a towel and set in a warm place for about 1 hour to "zapatillas".
