The recipe seemed so simple, and the soup is nothing special in itself is not, but it was so delicious that even my husband was thrilled!!! I will be sure to cook it many times!!!
Ingredients for English chicken soup with cheese
- Broth - 1 l
- Chicken breast - 300 g
- Figure - 80 g
- Leek - 100 g
- The processed cheese - 100 g
- Butter - 3 tbsp.
- Parsley - 4 PCs
- Black pepper
Step by step instruction of cooking English chicken soup with cheese
To prepare the products.
Leek wash and cut into small pieces or polyolefine. Breast, boil and cut into pieces. The rice is very thoroughly washed several times.
Melt in a pan the oil and fry the leek with the meat.
Pour chicken broth into a saucepan and put on fire, bring to a boil.
Add the broth, rice and sprigs of parsley associated with a thread. Cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
Add the fried leek chicken breast. Season with salt and pepper. Continue to cook for another 5 minutes on low heat.
The soup was very tasty, rich, thick, fragrant. Granddaughter is with great pleasure ate it two days in a row! And the grandfather (i.e. my husband) was very pleased. So I recommend! Bon appetit!
