Ingredients for Samosas
- Potatoes - 3 PCs
- Green peas - 1/2 ban.
- Corn - 1/2 ban.
- Coriander - 1 tsp.
- Cumin - 1 tsp.
- Chili - 2 PCs
- Cilantro - 2 tbsp
- Lemon - 1/2 PCs
- Puff pastry - 1 cat.
- Egg white
Step by step instruction of cooking Samosas
Here are all the ingredients. I just replaced the fresh chili pepper ground red - 1/3 tsp and the potatoes were small - 7 pieces.
Potatoes to mash these or grate on a coarse grater, add mashed with a fork peas, corn, spices, juice of half a lemon, chopped coriander and salt to taste.
Each disc of dough cut into 3 strips.
Roll out a strip approx 10х35см.
