This striking and unusual dessert is very popular in Japan. The Japanese name of the dish can be translated as "short in a napkin." The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in the 2009 user make sarem called "Green-yellow danishes" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

To prepare the products.

Boil peas in slightly salted boiling water until tender 3-5 minutes.

The yolks of hard-boiled eggs through a sieve. Add 50 g of sugar and mix well.

Peas drain, grind in a blender or food processor, but not much weight should not be quite uniform.
I used the immersion blender. It turned out well.

Polka dots add the remaining sugar (40 g). Heat the pea ground in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, till the excess moisture.
Place on a plate to cool.
