Ingredients for Sweet peppers in soy sauce with ginger and honey
- Sweet pepper - 3 PCs
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tbsp
- Ginger - 1.5 tsp.
- Soy sauce - 3 tbsp.
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Honey - 0,5 tbsp.
- Sesame - 1 tbsp
Step by step instruction of cooking Sweet peppers in soy sauce with ginger and honey
Pepper cut in half, remove seeds, wash carefully and bake in the oven at 200-220 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Until blackening of the skin (sometimes).
